“What’s running low?”
Know what’s running low before it runs out.
Every stock item has its own low-stock level. A sale deducts stock automatically through the products that use it, and every change — receiving stock, a correction, recording waste — is logged with who made it and when.

“Is the VAT right on every sale?”
VAT on every line, not guessed at the end.
Menu prices include VAT, just as customers see them. Each line uses the VAT rate set on its product, so a sale with drinks and food is split correctly — and past sales keep the VAT they were sold with, even if a rate changes later.
