Accounting and tax services are provided subject to scope, fees, and responsibilities agreed separately. Nothing on this website constitutes personalised tax or legal advice until we have formally engaged with you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Selvia’s liability arising from website use is limited as agreed in your service contract where one exists; otherwise our total liability for marketing-site use is limited to reasonable and foreseeable loss, excluding indirect damages except where mandatory law says otherwise.
Governing law
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Finnish law applies to disputes relating to these marketing terms, with courts in Finland having venue where such jurisdiction is permitted.
